All school-related fees (admission fees, tuition fees, activity fees, etc.) paid through the Brainy Stars website are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

2. Event Registrations and Cancellations

Registration for school events (e.g., workshops, field trips, extracurricular activities) may be refundable or non-refundable, depending on the specific event. Details regarding refunds will be mentioned during the registration process for each event.
Cancellations for event registrations must be made at least 5 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is applicable, the request must be submitted in writing via email to info@brainystars.com, including all relevant payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the refund will be made via the original payment method.

4. Cancellations by Brainy Stars

Brainy Stars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low participation, weather issues, or other reasons).
In such cases, full refunds will be issued to participants who have registered and paid for the canceled event or program, or an alternative date will be provided.

5. No Refund for Partial Attendance

If a student or parent chooses not to attend or participate in part or all of a paid event, no partial refunds will be granted.

6. Digital Products or Online Courses

In case Brainy Stars offers digital products or online courses through the website, all sales of digital content are final, and no refund will be issued after purchase.

7. Changes to the Policy

Brainy Stars reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. By continuing to use the site after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
